The House has 200m² building with a land/garden of 800m². It is only 300m from the beach and within a short walking distance to hotels, bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The house is air-conditioned.

Living room, large and comfortable with corner “L” shaped sofa and lounging chair as well as a large screen TV, satellite (English channels optional at extra cost), and stereo.

The livingroom and diningroom have three double doors to the terrace overlooking the garden.

Master bedroom with double bed on the top floor, with private wet-room/bathroom.
Second guest room on top floor adjacent to master.
Third guest room on middle floor with double bed, with private wet-room/bathroom.
Fourth bedroom on ground floor with two single beds, with private wet-room/bathroom.
Bathroom
Three large wet-rooms consist of WC, raindrop shower and designer sink.
Kitchen
Large well equipped kitchen, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.
Garden areas
Barbecue, floodlit terrace with a dining table for 6 guests.
Other services
Baby cot would be provided on request. Twice weekly cleaning services of the House and regular garden maintenance are provided free of charge.
