Over the last couple of years many of our guests appreciated Koh Mak to the level of making it their second home. However, not everybody is staying here the whole year round. We will make sure that your property will be in good shape during your absent. We provide individual maintenance plans, that will fits your needs, whether it’s the cleaning, the checking of windows, water, lights, electricity or the cutting of the grass and servicing your plants. You will receive a monthly update with pictures of what is going on with your property. Our local maintenance team will make sure that you have a least one thing less to worry about.
